**You will earn $25 Rewards Dollars monthly in Santanna Energy Rewards. Santanna Energy Rewards can be exchanged for discounts and coupons on top brands, dining and groceries.
The price per kWh includes the energy generation and transmission charge portion of your electricity bill. Utility delivery charges, taxes, and other fees that may be charged by your utility are not included in this rate. You will continue to be billed by your utility and there will not be a disruption in your service if you switch electricity suppliers.
There is an early termination penalty of $100 if you cancel prior to the end of your contract term.

The price per kWh includes the Generation Charge portion of your electricity bill. The electric generation portion of your bill is the amount of electricity that you use, in other words, the supply.
Utility delivery charges, taxes, and other fees that may be charged by your utility are not included in this price per kWh. You pay electricity delivery charges to your utility for wires and poles regardless of who you choose to be your electric supplier. Your utility will continue to bill you and there will not be a disruption in your service if you switch electricity suppliers.

You will receive a renewal agreement at least 45 days prior to the end of your contract period that will include all available renewal options. If you do not select a new service plan with XOOM Energy or select another electricity supplier before the end of the contract term, XOOM Energy will continue to provide electric service to you under a variable rate plan that will continue on a month to month basis.
