How to Use BillSmart Compare Plans

Using the ElectricityPlans.com comparison tool is similar to most shopping sites you have used for common items. Think shopping for new tires, new television or new home entertainment systems. You want to compare prices and features side by side. That’s exactly how the BillSmart Compare Plans works:

1. Select up to three plans that you are considering.
2. Click the Compare Plans button.
3. View side by side comparisons of the plan term, rate per kWh, estimated bill and early termination fee, plus you can view all the plan details in one place.
4. Add your monthly average usage to see how your bill and rate per kWh changes with each plan. (Monthly bill calculator available only in Texas.)
