What is a Fixed Rate Electricity Plan?
A fixed rate electricity plan means that the energy portion of your electricity bill is fixed at a certain price per kWh for a set time period.
Compare that to the utility price to compare. The price to compare rate will change 2 to 4 times per year. Your just paying whatever rate the utility gets approved. You have no choice in the matter.
