Flagship Power Schooner is their basic fixed rate plan.

Flagship Power Bill Credit Plans Review
Plans with bill credits and tiered rates are what we call rate gimmicks. These plans look like they offer a good rate. And they do. If you use a specific amount of power and don’t go above or below.
Flagship energy plans with bill credits are called “refund plans” in their naming approach. Use over 1000 kWh a month? Flagship Power Galleon1000 gives you a $100 refund (aka bill credit) on your bill.
The reason we don’t like rate gimmicks? People buy these plans without understanding them.
Bill credit plans are designed to give a really low price at 1000 kWh, the default average rate displayed on most web site.
But if you go outside of that target level? You could end up paying more than you would on a fixed rate plan.
Flagship Power Galleon1000 is only a good deal if you always use between 1000 and 1999 kWh each month. Otherwise, you are better off with their Fixed Rate Schooner plan.
