If you do not renew with Champion Energy or select another electricity provider before the end of the contract term, Champion Energy will continue to provide electric service to you on a variable rate month-to-month plan.

You will receive a contract expiration notice at least 30 days prior to the end of your contract period. If you do not renew with Chariot Energy or select another plan before the effective renewal date, you will automatically be placed in a variable rate month-to-month Chariot Energy default renewal plan (Holdover rate).

There is a cancellation fee of $15 multiplied by the number of months remaining in the term of the contract.
