    About Pulse Power

Pulse Power, based in The Woodlands, Texas, was founded in 2018 and was one of the newer Texas retailers. Following Pulse Power’s rapid growth and solid customer-focused strategy, Shell Energy acquired them in April 2021.

Their commitment was to provide convenient, affordable and hassle-free electricity plans that fit you and your lifestyle. They work at keeping things simple so selecting your electricity plan is fast and easy. And they provided tools that help you manage your electricity bill.

Pulse Power no longer accepts new enrollments.
